Mold Inspection and Lab Testing

A mold inspection includes

  1. A thorough examination of areas likely to have mold.
  2. An analysis of conditions that could cause the detected mold.
  3. Collection of mold samples, followed by a diagnostic report.
  4. Recommendations and solutions to avoid future mold invasions.

MOLD

  • An extensive examination is conducted for presence of mold.
  • Samples are collected for further analysis.
  • Mold affected areas are also examined for wood decay and structural damage.

MOISTURE INTRUSION

  • Infrared imaging technology is used to identify moisture intrusion that is invisible to the human eye.
  • Defects that may contribute to, or cause water entry, are identified.
  • An exhaustive survey is conducted to examine defects and entry points that allow water leakages and moisture intrusion.

HUMIDITY ASSESSMENT

  • RH (relative humidity) values are recorded, analyzed and reported for out-of-range values and related outcomes.
  • Sources of moisture, namely condensation, lack of ventilation, apparent leaks are identified and reported.
  • Mold favourable conditions are identified.
